Our first impact report
we're just getting started
We’re very proud to publish our first impact report. Not because we’re now 100% sustainable, nor have we cracked the sustainability puzzle. We are proud because we’ve stayed loyal to our company values, have tried made better decisions every day and put in measurable action to improve the way we care about the planet and people.
Our sustainability journey
For over 15 years, we’ve helped innovative tech companies tell their stories. Many of our clients build solutions that make the world smarter, more efficient, more sustainable. A couple of years ago, it was time for us to look in the mirror and measure and evaluate our own impact.
Becoming B Corp certified in 2023 was an important step in our impact journey. It forced us to examine our entire operation and establish baseline measurements. Based on this data and key insights the B Corp Impact Assessment provided, we set goals and a commitment that grows with our business.
Sustainable changes and social giving
Following the B Corp certification, we moved to an A++ energy-efficient office. We’ve also implemented a strict “no new electronics” policy — we only buy refurbished laptops and phones. And we stopped sending client gifts and donated that budget instead.
We’ve supported Project MARCH (developing exoskeletons for spinal cord injuries) since 2019. And we help other TU Delft Dream Hall’s student innovation teams too. This isn’t charity—it’s who we are.

Three things we learned
Just do it. Plans without action won’t cut it. Start measuring, set goals, take action. Every business and inidividual can contribute.
Data drives change. You can’t improve what you don’t measure. Our carbon assessment revealed 74% of emissions came from office operations, so we know where we should focus on to make a difference in the future.
Values create value. Sharing our impact journey strengthened relationships with clients, employees, and partners. People want to work with businesses that care.

This sustainability report establishes our baseline. We publicly share our achievements and challenges: transparency drives accountability and action. Our commitment is simple: make better decisions every single day that benefit people and the planet while building a thriving business. If our business grows, our giving grows. We believe small companies can lead by example. This is just the beginning.
